Use Tableau Liquid Wood Care regularly to remove dirt, dust and old wax build up to leave a matt sheen finish (to achieve a deep rich shine, apply Tableau Wax Polish).
To revive wood that has become overly dry, the enriching blend of refined oils in Tableau Liquid Wood Care permeate the grain restoring the natural pattern and colour.
Apply Tableau Liquid Wood Care liberally and evenly with a clean cloth.
Here are some further usage tips for Liquid Wood Care:
Wax Build up - On application, if the surface becomes dull and smeary, a wax build up is present. If this occurs, apply again and leave for one hour before wiping and repeat until all old wax is removed.
Dry Wood - If the wood is particularly dry, a patchy finish may result. If this occurs, apply more Tableau Wood Care Liquid and leave overnight to permeate the grain and repeat until a uniform finish is achieved. This may be several shades darker than before application.
For wax finishes - If a wax finish is required, allow Tableau Wood Care Liquid to dry completely (up to 3 days) before applying wax, otherwise a smeary finish will result. If this occurs, remove wax completely using Tableau Wood Care Liquid and once again allow to dry, leaving more time if needed.
